New this year from Bayer, top fruit growers have had access to insecticide Movento Top under an emergency 120-day authorisation.

This insecticide is widely used in Europe but does not yet have UK authorisation. Bayer anticipates this will be gained for the 2018 season with a label covering a wide range of aphid and other sucking pests. The company also have a new fungicide close to market for the control of scab and mildew on apple and pear.

The Bayer horticulture team will be on stand K34 to discuss first season experiences with Movento Top and other new developments close to market.
