While growing up in Bristol, a career in agriculture was not an obvious choice, but after a year of milking cows in Somerset I was sold on the idea. Graduating from Seale Hayne Agriculture College (Plymouth Uni.) in 1991 with BSc (Hons) in Agriculture. After this spent 18 years as a grower / manager of a broad range of crops, particularly leafy salads. I was fortunate enough to work internationally, with forays to Zimbabwe and Kenya, but the majority of this time spent in Portugal.

Joined FAST LLP in 2008 as a BASIS & FACTS top fruit advisor based in the South East.
