With much of the Show focus rightly on our stunning 60-metre display of the finest British top fruit in Classes 1-21, just a reminder to Store Operators that we are, once again, running Classes 22-26 for Long-Term Farm-Stored fruit.

CLASS 22  Gala or any Sport of Gala – sponsor Orchard World Ltd
CLASS 23  Bramley – sponsor Wealden AM
CLASS 24  Any Variety of Dessert Apple except Cox’s Orange
Pippin or any Sport of Cox – sponsor Hadlow College
CLASS 25  Cox’s Orange Pippin or any Sport of Cox – sponsor JD Cooling Systems Ltd
CLASS 26  Pears – sponsor Wealden AM

In addition to the Class sponsors, Landseer Ltd will award a special prize of £50 to the Store Operator of the first prize winning entry in each class, while the Ron Tassell Trophy will be awarded for the Store Operator of the Best All-Round Exhibit in the Long-Term Farm-Stored classes.

Entries for these Classes will judged and displayed at the Marden Fruit Show Society Annual General Meeting in March 2018 .

HOW TO ENTER

Entry forms for the Long-Term Farm-Stored Classes will be sent out by post early in the New Year. Copies will also be available to collect from the Event Office at this year’s Show – please ask Norma.
